Communications strategies Communications strategies

We have worked with a number of companies in a variety of sectors to develop communications strategies - including education, financial services and manufacturing.

Our focus is on developing a detailed plan and strategy to help organisations engage stakeholders and achieve the behaviour change they require to meet their targets. This takes the hassle out of communicating and means organisations understand why they are communicating and to whom.

Provident Financial CR Reports 2007 and 2008 Sustainability Reports

We have worked with a number of companies on their sustainability report. Our involvement depends very much on the individual company's requirements. We have worked with Nationwide and SABMiller researching content and case studies. For other companies, such as Provident Financial, IPF and Brother, we have focused on copywriting, editing and design. No matter what our involvement we help companies produce high quality, attractive, readable reports.

Sustainable Development Performance Management Package

SABMiller - Multinational Brewer

Sustainability Management System M4C has been working with SABMiller for a number of years on their sustainable development strategy and communications.

Initially SABMiller needed a way to manage and evaluate the performance of their individual breweries. M4C helped them specify and implement a flagship system known as 'SAM' Sustainability Assessment Matrix. SAM has been a huge success and continues to incorporate and generate new ideas. We continue to work with SABMiller on this system, and deliver training on how to use the system to users across the globe

Following the success and outcomes of SAM, M4C organised, hosted and managed a series of web seminars across the SABMiller global sustainable development team. The web seminars fostered inter-team learning and were an excellent platform for discussion and sharing of best practice.

In parallel with these web seminars we produced a series of short videos for SABMiller's external website to let people know about the good work that is going on in their operating companies. M4C employed a unique low carbon method to capture narrative from local experts scattered around the globe, which, combined with stills, produced high quality, authentic product. The videos can be found on the sustainable development page of the SABMiller website at www.sabmiller.com

Working to tight timescales M4C identified key areas and refined significant quantities of data to produce a concise, informative presentation. Astra Signs were delighted with the result which they will be able to use as a basis for all future tender opportunities.
